Enterprise Services Bus
Enterprise Services Bus (ESB) is a mediation layer in multilayer architecture of IT systems allowing to apply SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) approach in corporate environment. It allows dynamic connecting and disconnecting services included into corporate information management system. It is a foundation of corporate reference architecture, contains integration rule and policy sets for many applications in a bus-like infrastructure. ESB class products available from many vendors allow bus-like architecture, but differ vastly in way they are implemented and features that are offered.
API Management
API Management is a process of designing, publishing, documenting and analyzing of API interfaces in secure environment. By using dedicated API Management solution and enforcing its rules an organization can guarantee that both public and internal API interfaces which are often created by various entities are reusable, fully secure and controlled. Some systems have additional functions of statistic collection and analysis, performance monitoring and ability to digest analytic data by API REST interface with system intergration, monetization or business analysis in mind.
Security Gateway /AS4
IBM DataPower® Gateway assures security, control and integration with optimized access to a full range of mobile, internet, APIs in one multichannel gateway. It is an element of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) capable of servicing the loads created by B2B and Cloud integration. Latest physical DataPower Gateway IDG X2 allows double performance compared to its predecessor due to new generation hardware architecture. It also provides double capacity flash storage, 2x 10GbE ports that decrease latencies which is key to achieve performance improvement and adding users to the system while decreasing total cost of operating (TCO) the solution.
Data Processing Monitoring
Continuous data processing and quick response to errors is a challenge for contemporary enterprises running many interconnected systems where flawless operation is critically important for sustaining business process continuity. Monitoring concept accounts for processing event logging and connecting them into business instances based on definition of processing model. Events can be collected from many sources and processing model can be updated continuously. The tool has been designed with adding further steps or quick update of existing steps in mind. This solution is aimed at line of business and IT users alike.
Enterprise Content Management
ECM as a term includes document management, content management, search, collaboration, record management, digital archive management, workflow management, document scanning and capture. ECM class systems are mainly focused on managing information lifecycle starting with first publication or creation through active usage to archiving and disposal. We offer advanced solutions by IBM: Filenet, Case Manager, IBM BPM currently expanded and transformed into Digital Business Automation (DBA) and Business Automation Workflow (BAW), and solutions based on OpenSource such as RedHat.
OCR /Digital signature
For smaller scale or distributed installations we recommend our in-house solution OCR4ECM, that offers simple architecture using computing resources of end user workstations.
Software OCR4ECM
For larger installations we recommend IBM Datacap due to centralized architecture (using resources of a dedicated server). Datacap is recommended when number of scanning stations exceeds 20 workstations or 50 users. This is also a primary choice when roles are split to scanning and verifying.
Document management
Document management systems are common and used by most enterprises, both during the implementation of basic business processes and more advanced. They can play a special role in the area of knowledge management, where a properly selected, appropriate set of techniques and tools supports the collection and organization of key organizational resources, bringing significant economic and organizational effects. Their goals are to improve the efficiency of processing all forms of documents created in the organization and obtained from outside. From internal documents concerning various functional areas of the company, to all documents coming from the external environment.
Case management
A modern approach to mass-collected data, especially documents, is an approach through the prism of case management. Collecting all the data needed to implement the business process into case objects that have their own stages and assigned and / or optional tasks for each required stage. IBM Case Manager provides a flexible work environment, consistent strategy and integrated case management tools. When working with a business process, an employee dealing with many documents and information related to them, while performing their daily work, must at the same time be sure at what stage of the process they are currently at and what tasks they must perform at a given stage.
