ECM/SAP Department
The ECM/SAP department focuses on the broad area of document processing, information, and content management. It is currently expanding its expertise in the field of SAP and the migration of installations to cloud-based solutions
The ECM/SAP Department has been organized around five main areas:
Efficient data acquisition and information extraction are key to gaining a competitive advantage. Capturing, recognizing, and classifying documents used by business users are the first steps in the document lifecycle within the system, and the quality of this stage directly impacts the effectiveness of subsequent processing stages. A company with high-quality information is able to make more accurate business decisions in a shorter time frame
We will organize and automate business processes using BPM class tools
We will conduct a comprehensive analysis and model the document workflow system
We will implement the Case Management platform (e.g., Board Requests, Complaints, Legal Department, Credit Applications, Customer Service, Contracts)
We will increase the efficiency of the legal department by automating the data entry process, digitizing according to guidelines, and handling document routing and legal support
We will prepare the project and implement a document archiving system
We will relieve domain-specific systems of the burden of document storage (SAP, Exchange, SharePoint, etc.)
