CLARITE Polska S.A. in consortium with Trimlogic signed annex to provide service and development for system based on IBM Filenet software for client in utilities sector. Total net value of contract is over few million PLN.

The Deal covers purchase of development and services based on IBM technology.

Services include 12 month warranty and support of systems within agreed SLA. Tasks include administration, tuning all elements of the system, updates, expanding architecture to provide necessary performance, availability and integration with other systems, and beyond that technical consulting, basic, dedicated, profiled trainings, workshops for users and system administrators, modifications of existing system modules.
