CLARITE Polska S.A. won tender to provide support for system acting as technical part of service oriented architecture environment and development work for one of clients in utilities sector. Net value of contract is over 800 000 PLN.

The Deal covers support for integration bus based on IBM IIB, IBM MQ, IBM BPM, Oracle database, Apache Tomcat application servers.

The work is subject to strict SLA fulfillment, includes system monitoring, warranty of function restoration, required reconfiguration, problem diagnosis, incident resolution, updating software to latest versions and development of new functionalities. All changes are documented.
