The deal covers support for integration bus based on IBM IIB, IBM MQ, IBM BPM, Oracle database, Apache Tomcat application servers.

Work is subject to strict SLA, system monitoring, providing service recovery guarantee, delivering necessary configuration changes, failure diagnostics and recovery, updating systems to latest versions, system development with documenting implemented changes.
